April 2018 Home Sale and Price data are out!

Average Price                    $804,584                              $918,184                              -12.4%

 

While a decrease in sales was observed across all housing types, it was greatest for detached houses      (-38.4%) compared to condo apartments (-26.0%).

Similarly large houses contributed to the decrease in average sales price, with detached houses falling in sales price 14.4% year over year, whereas condo apartments saw an increase in average sale price of 3.2% year over year.
